My Orders

All products are based on PRE-ORDER. TDS will inform you via email if we offer ready stock for certain items. Please order if you can wait. Delivery time at least 60 days after order confirmation and information completed. Strictly not refundable.

Where is my order and how do I track my order?

We will carry out our delivery process every day from Monday to Friday (except public holiday) using Courier services. Your orders will be processed and prepared within 1 – 2 working days (for READY STOCK items) starting from the order confirmation date. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order. A shipment tracking number will also be provided once your order is shipped. You can also log into your Titan Dental Solutions account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

Can I cancel my order?

All Sales are Final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

What is the delivery charges incurred?

Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the weight of the Order received:

Shipping & Delivery

How long does my shipping take?

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours (of a business day) to the shipping address provided once the stock is ready. Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.

All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays will commence processing the following business day.

Notes: Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, TDS will not refund your order or offer a replacement.

Do you ship internationally and how much is the shipping?

We do not ship internationally via online purchase. You may manually drop us an email for international purchase.

What happen if the parcel went delayed, damaged or missing in transit?

TDS shall under no circumstances reliable for any delay in transit, destructions incurred to goods, or for missing goods. The recipients will become the owner of the goods once you have ordered and been dispatched to you. They will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their damage or loss. It is the customer’s personal custody once it has left our premises.

However, we will try our best to help contact the courier company and come up with the best solution.

Return & Exchanges

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Non-refundable on any defective items. We will do exchange only.

  • Non-refundable on issue for example on situations : change of mind, not suitable, not match or just don’t like the item.
  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days of receipt date. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNUSED, UNALTERED, UNOPENED & UNDAMAGED with the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
  • The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes and packaging. TDS is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
  • Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
  • TDS will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
  • TDS recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods your are returning and obtain a proof of posting.

What if I received a damaged? ( this term not including SALE ITEM )

Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged.

  1. Please email us at as soon as possible.
  2. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving.
  3. NO REFUND. Only exchange, this is to avoid worn item returns and want a money back.
  4. Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value or higher.
  5. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.


What product does TDS offer warranty?

We offer product warranty ONLY for UNIVET, LAMP.U, ULTRA LIGHT OPTICS, PIOON, UP3D & PHROZEN. Each product is providing different range of warranty, you are welcomed to e-mail us for more information.

If you find the items that you purchased is not working properly, please contact us for supervision. We will try our best to provide proper information that helps you in installing and using the products. Besides, we will inform you the ways to send the products back for repair if any defect on the product as long as it is still under warranty.
We are minimizing the trouble of sending the product back for warranty by selling and distributing good quality products, but it will be your own responsibility to install and use the product properly to ensure the product can reach the maximum performance. Therefore, please refer to the guidelines or manuals comes with the products before usage. If you find any problem in using the products, you are welcomed to contact us for guidance.
